Column extensions
Single and double-column extensions for Series F & ESM303
Three heights are available – 6, 12 and 24 in [150, 300, and 600 mm]. Base contains rows of T-slots, with available fixture mounting plates.
Single column extensions increase the vertical clearance between the force sensor and base, accommodating taller samples.
Double column extensions increase both the vertical and depth clearances, accommodating up to a 20 in. [508 mm] wide sample, or ø21.5 in [ø546 mm] round sample.
The base contains rows of T-slots, with available fixture mounting plates.
Compatible with:
- AC1095-1, AC1095-2, AC1095-3 (replaces ESM303-002-1, ESM303-002-2, ESM303-002-3)
- Models F105 / F305 / F505 test frames - these test frames include a base plate with matrix of threaded holes, which may be mounted to the column extension’s base.
- Model ESM303 test stand - if a base plate with matrix of threaded holes is needed, add part no. AC1096.
- Not compatible with shields.
